Our story

A little corner of brick, oak & good coffee.

We opened our doors on St John’s Road in November 2025 with a simple idea: make everything properly, by hand, every day. Stacked focaccia, warm bagels, golden toasties and a counter full of cakes — served under Edison bulbs against old Edinburgh brick.
